EL CARMEN DE LA FRONTERA, Piura - La sierra siempre nos fascinará por muchos motivos: la majestuosidad de los macizos, los paisajes, el clima frío, incluso la cultura. Quizás tiene que ver con esa fascinación de sentirnos más cerca del cielo, por lo menos para quienes lo sentimos así. A mí me encanta la sierra; estoy aprendiendo a amarla. Si de mí dependiera, aprovecharía cada oportunidad que tenga para venir hasta aquí, respirar el aire puro, gozar el entorno. Ya me he declarado un activista de este tipo de espacios, así que lo coherente siempre será venir tanto como me sea posible, como ahora.
