Malingas Brand to have its first promo video on April

TAMBOGRANDE, Peru – The Municipality of Malingas Town will have its first promotional video for Malingas Brand, Mayor Jesús María García announced on her Facebook account, and the production was assigned to our contents producer Nelson Peñaherrera.


According to García, the feature looks for having an overview  of the best of life, economy, landscape, and existent resources with touristic potential in that community, especially archeology and adventure sports. Field production is scheduled to begin on April 1st, only if the emergency state ruled by the Peruvian Government gets over due to the expansion of new corona-virus.


About this, Peñaherrera upcame the video to be a length less to 5 minutes and it will be mostly thought for distribution and sharing on the different social media, and inside it, the own Malingas people are looked to have much starring as a talent featured before a global audience, what increases the chance to place this zone.


The Journalist was the first Piura-based winner of the Environmental Citizenship National Award in 2011 for the global media campaign featuring the potential of Malingas, especially a network of archaeological evidences, possibly 4000 years old.


He also was featured in 2013 on a History Latin America channel’s episode of a documentary series which was partially filmed on locations at Malingas, he was the host of two episodes of a touristic-kind web-series produced at Tambogrande in 2019, and he is constantly producing and writing features about the zone, released on many media, FACTORTIERRA included.


Malingas Brand is one of the projects by the Municipality of Malingas Town which purpose is highlighting all the potential of that sector for generating better life conditions through the rational management of the whole existent resources, taking the Sustainable Development Goals as a basis, and adding to the publicity on different media, it looks for diversifying the production, economic matrix for the progress of the people to be much more inclusive.


Even provided the rules of the Peruvian Government return everything to normal, the first promotional video could be released since the second quarter of April.
